Balyakalasakhi – Mammooty to do Double Role

Mammooty will essay a double role in “Balyakalasakhi” which would be the adaptation of the famous Vaikom Mohammad Basheer’s novel of the same name. He will play the role of father and son. Usha Sherwani is coming again to Malayalam by playing the female lead opposite Mammooty who will portray the role of Majeed. She has done a role in Malayalam Film” Anju Suntharikal” The Bengali actor Parambrata chatterjee who got famous after starring in Sujoy Ghosh’s “Kahaani” will do a major role. Seema Biswas who got famous through her Character roles is also there in the film. Biju Menon, KPAC Lalitha and Mamukoya are the other actors who are In this film. The shoot will go on Floors on August 5 in Perumbalam, Vaikom , the birth place of Basheer itself.
